How it works

  1. 1

    Paste names

Everyone in the gift exchange, one per line.

  2. 2

    Add exclusions if needed

    Block couples with A <> B, or one-way with A > B.

  3. 3

    Run Secret Santa

We shuffle into a circle so each person gives to the next.

  4. 4

    Share carefully

Copy results privately—or print slips—so surprises stay intact.

Ready-made lists

Start from a prepared scenario list, then shuffle, pick, split, or pair—same tool, less typing.

Frequently asked questions

Can someone draw themselves?

No. Circle assignment guarantees each person gives to someone else when there are at least two names.

What about couples who should not match?

Open More options and add exclusions like “Alex <> Jordan” so they never gift each other. Use “Alex > Jordan” for a one-way block. If rules are too tight, loosen them or add people.

Can I hide assignments until people look themselves up?

Yes. After you run, turn on privacy mode in the results and search by name so each person only sees who they should gift.

Is the draw uploaded?

No. Everything runs in your browser. We do not email assignments for you.
