Why shuffle beats going around the table
Going around the table always privileges whoever sits left of the host. A shuffled list breaks seating bias without singling anyone out as “next volunteer.”
For hybrid calls, paste names from the calendar invite so remote attendees are not forgotten at the end.
Facilitator workflow
Shuffle once at the start, copy the result into the agenda doc, and stick to it. Re-shuffling mid-meeting confuses people who already prepared to speak third.
If someone drops, delete their name and continue—do not reshuffle the remaining order unless the group agrees.

Does shuffle remove anyone from the meeting?
No. Everyone stays on the list; only the order changes.
What about late joiners?
Add them at the end manually, or reshuffle only if the group has not started speaking yet.
Can I pick a single volunteer instead?
Switch to Pick mode with count 1 for a one-off volunteer draw.
