About ListRandom
ListRandom helps you turn any pasted list into a fair random result—new order, selected winners, or balanced groups.
What you can do
- Shuffle a full list for speaking order or rotations
- Pick one or more items—optionally with a spin-the-wheel reveal
- Weight odds with
Name|2, generate raffle tickets, or flip yes/no and coins - Split names into random teams with custom team names
- Match two lists (people → topics) or run Secret Santa circles with exclusions
- Start from ready-made scenario lists for class, work, parties, and home
Who it is for
Teachers calling on students, hosts drawing giveaway winners, facilitators making breakout groups, families running gift exchanges, and anyone who needs a fair order without installing software.
What we do not do
We do not scrape Instagram comments, connect to school gradebooks, or upload your roster to generate a result. You paste a list you already have. Randomization stays in your browser.
Privacy first
No account is required. Optional “Remember list on this page” stores data in local storage for that URL only. Share links encode the list in the address bar—only send them to people you trust.
