Ready-made list
Build a random workout circuit
Home workouts stall when you stare at the same five exercises. A random circuit adds variety while staying bodyweight-friendly—no gym membership required.
Pick five moves for a quick circuit, or shuffle the full list into today’s order. Adjust reps to your level.

Building a safe circuit
After you pick five moves, order them so you alternate push, pull/core, and legs when possible—even if the random list did not. Fair randomness picks the menu; you still coach the sequence.
Skip jumping moves on apartment floors at night. Delete high-impact lines before you draw if noise is an issue.
Progression without a new app
Keep the same seed for a week if you want a repeatable circuit to track reps. Change the seed when you are ready for a new five-move mix.
How to use this list
- 1
Filter for space and noise
Remove jumping or equipment moves you cannot do today.
- 2
Pick your circuit size
Five moves ≈ a short session; eight for longer training.
- 3
Set rounds manually
Do 3 rounds of 40 seconds on / 20 off—or your preferred timer.
Tips for this scenario
- Warm up before the random circuit; the tool does not replace prep.
- Pain is a stop signal—reroll that move out of the list.
- Print the circuit if you train away from your phone.
